Towing Tip #5
When towing for long distances, it is a good practice to use a support for your outboard or lower unit if yours is not equipped. By using one of these supports, it will greatly decrease the stress of your engine on the transom if it bounces when going over bumps. It can also help to stop your engine from turning when you make a turn.
