Ford Coming Back into The Marine Market
For the first time in almost 20 years, Ford is going to begin producing marine engines again. Ford has partnered with Indmar to produce their ever popular 6.2L V8 that is used in the Ford Raptor and Super Duty trucks for marine applications. With an engine of this size and Indmar's present take in the ski boat industry, the new engines will probably be found in ski boats. Currently, Indmar engines are used in boats made by Malibu, Moomba, Tige and a few others.
